The Golf Villas are a 105-unit condominium neighborhood nestled within the White Eagle subdivision located off Route 59 at 83rd Ave in Naperville and Aurora IL. Built by the Macom Corporation between the late 1980's and mid 1990's, the Golf Villas condominiums surround the prestigious White Eagle Golf Course. Views from the one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences boast sculpted fairways, lush greens, mature trees, and serene ponds. Golf club membership is an option, but not a requirement to live in the Golf Villas. Everyone can enjoy the beauty!

Residents of the Golf Villas are members of both the White Eagle HOA managed by RealManage and the Golf Villas HOA managed by FirstService Residential. In tandem, they support amenities that all enjoy.

 

Golf Villas homeowners have access to the fully lifeguarded community pool with a zero-depth section for the little swimmers, a water slide for the more adventurous, and lap lanes.
