​​The Board of Directors for Golf Villas of White Eagle Condominium Association holds bi-monthly Board Meetings in person at the Homeowners Club, 4265 White Eagle Drive Naperville, IL. Unless otherwise noted, the meetings begin at 6:30 P.M. Open Forum is always on the agenda and homeowners are invited to speak to concerns or issues during that time.

Only contact board members in case of an emergency, as they are volunteers. FSR is Golf Villas contracted property management company and primary contact. The FSR Customer Service team can assist with owner portal questions, account balances, and more. ​​​

Message From the Board

On behalf of the Golf Villas Homeowners Association (HOA) Board of Directors, we welcome you to the Golf Villas website. Whether you are new to the neighborhood, long-time owners, realtors, contractors, or guests, our goal is to provide the information that you need while promoting the community that we are so very proud to call home.

​

The operation of the Golf Villas HOA is governed by a board of volunteer directors. The five Board members are elected on a staggered basis by the community. Elections are held at the annual homeowners meeting in May. The Board works with the property management company who is responsible for overseeing the daily functions and financial responsibilities of the Association and for maintaining members’ compliance with the established rules and regulations. Board meetings are held six times a year at the White Eagle Owners’ Club. All homeowners are encouraged to attend.
