​​ADS Strobe Check Deadline October 31

Every unit has an ADS outside strobe light that quickly directs White Eagle security or the fire department to the individual unit where the alarm detection system has activated. It is up to the homeowner to have the strobe light checked by ADS every two years on the even years. 

 

ADS has set aside the following testing dates and times for the Golf Villas:

 

Thursday, September 3, 12pm-8pm

Tuesday, September 8, 8am-4pm

Saturday, September 12, 8am-1pm

 

The cost to the homeowner is $75 for the strobe check (same price as two years ago). Any needed repairs are at the expense of the homeowner.

ADS will track completed inspections There is no need to submit your receipt, but please keep a copy for your records. Owners that do not complete Inspection by October 31 will be subject to HOA rule violation and fine. Questions should be directed to golfvillaswe@gmail.com.​​

2026 Dryer Vent Cleaning Completed

2026 is a required dryer‑vent cleaning year for all owners and 100% of the vents have been cleaned, the transition ducts inspected, and the report filed with Golf Villas insurance company. Thank you!
