For day-to-day or afterhours resident inquires, concerns related to building matters, maintenance requests or administrative inquiries, contact our FirstService in-house Care Center which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Calls may be escalated internally to your dedicated management team as needed.

 

Resident Inquiries - Moves/Work Orders/Escalation

To submit work orders or to get in touch with a member of the Management team, please visit the following site and complete a resident inquiry form https://ilsupport.fsresidential.com. Association name and unit address required; no login necessary.

 

Connect Resident 

Residents have access to association documents and can check account balances as well as open work orders through the Connect Resident Portal. Login information is required for access.

HODA is a 24/7 communication tool powered by artificial intelligence designed to provide immediate, reliable support to residents via text or web, in addition to the support already offered via our Resident Support Services team.

 

Owners will benefit from easy access to specific association information, including governing documents, account balances, ledgers, statements, service requests, office hours and contact information, application statuses, amenity reservations and much more — now simplified with HODA.
